Cookie Policy
1. About this Policy
Effective date: August 10, 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used on the Bicycle public website and by external services available through it.
2. Bicycle's Cookie Position
The Bicycle website is designed to operate without advertising cookies, session replay, or cross-site behavioral profiling. We use technologies necessary to operate and protect the site. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the production website.
3. Necessary Technologies
The site and its hosting and security systems may use strictly necessary technologies, including server logs and security controls, to deliver and protect the site. These technologies are not used for advertising or cross-site behavioral profiling.
4. Analytics Cookies
Google Analytics is optional. We do not load its tag, set its analytics cookies, or send it analytics requests unless you select Accept analytics. Rejecting analytics does not change website functionality.
When accepted, Google Analytics may set first-party cookies including _ga and a property-specific _ga_* cookie. These cookies distinguish browsers and sessions and may remain for up to two years unless you withdraw consent or delete them sooner. Google Analytics may receive pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, and interaction and session data. We retain Analytics user and event data for 14 months and do not reset that retention period on new user activity.
Google Signals, advertising personalization, advertising storage, user-provided data collection, and cross-domain measurement are not enabled.
5. External Services
The HubSpot meeting scheduler loads only after you open the scheduling panel. HubSpot may use its own cookies or similar technologies inside that embedded service under its own privacy notice. External links, such as LinkedIn, may do the same after you visit them. This Policy does not control third-party technologies.
6. Future Advertising Or Other Technologies
If Bicycle later adds advertising or other non-essential technologies, the site will update this Policy and obtain any consent required before those technologies run.
7. Your Choices
You can accept or reject analytics cookies when the site asks. You can later reopen Cookie Preferences in the footer to change or withdraw your choice. When you withdraw consent, the site disables Analytics and removes its first-party analytics cookies where technically possible. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings and use the site without opening the HubSpot scheduler.
