Privacy Policy

Bicycle, LLC operates the Bicycle public website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the site, why we use it, and the choices available to visitors.

We collect limited information in three ways:

1. Information you provide. If you contact us or request a meeting, we may receive your name, work email address, organization, message, and any other information you choose to provide.
2. Technical information. Our hosting and security systems may record information needed to operate and protect the site, such as IP address, browser and device information, request time, pages requested, and error or security events.
3. Analytics information. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, interactions, and session information. We configure Analytics for production traffic only and do not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization, or user-provided data collection.

We use information to operate and secure the site, respond to requests, schedule or prepare for conversations, maintain business records, improve the site, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information collected through this site or use it to build advertising audiences. When you consent, we use Google Analytics to understand production website usage and improve the site.

We use service providers that help us host and secure the site and, where applicable, process a request you make. Google provides Google Analytics and processes analytics information only after you accept analytics cookies. Google's handling of that information is also governed by its own privacy terms.

If you open the meeting scheduler, the site loads a HubSpot Meetings page inside the scheduling panel. Information you enter is submitted directly to HubSpot, not to Bicycle's website application. HubSpot's privacy notice governs information collected through that service. The HubSpot frame is not requested until you choose to open the scheduler.

The site may also link to third-party websites, including LinkedIn. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, to maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Google Analytics user and event data retention is configured for 14 months without resetting the period when a user returns. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and legitimate recordkeeping requirements. To make a request or ask a privacy question, or to exercise choices about analytics, use the site's Cookie Preferences control or email privacy@bicyclebi.com.

The site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the site.

We may update this Policy when the site or our practices change. We will post the revised Policy here and update its effective date.
